HL have been working on behalf of Lambeth CCG and the practice to remodel, refurbish and extend the practice to provide additional clinical capacity on a particularly constrained site.

The design provided a 2 storey extensions to make the most efficient use of the available site.

In addition to the clinical spaces the project provided facilities to triage patients to signpost as efficiently as possible and reduce physical trips to the practice if not necessary.

Alongside this the design provide suitable facilities for remote consultations to allow the clinical spaces to be used more efficiently for face to face consultations.

The design allows for the building to be zoned to facilitate out of hours use.

The project achieved BREEAM Very Good and Secure by Design Accreditation.
