Following a devastating fire, HLP were commissioned by the St Andrew’s Medical Practice to rebuild Adan House Surgery at its existing site location.

The 2 storey development provides reception and waiting area, medical accommodation for 8 GP’s, treatment rooms, a community meeting room and an independent pharmacy with scope to expand in the future.

Photovoltaic panels and heat recovery systems are installed to generate heat for the underfloor heating system for the surgery. The building is naturally ventilated and building materials are responsible and locally sourced. The scheme has ‘Excellent’ rating for BREEAM.
