The Challenge
The practice had outgrown its previous premises. HL was appointed by South East London ICB to find a new site and advise on options. The Clapham Road location, provided by Hyde Housing Group, was perfect in size and location—but as a former head office, it required a complete redesign and fit-out.
Our Approach
We worked closely with the practice through workshops to create a design tailored to their needs. Highlights include:

• Full clinical fit-out: Compliant with HBNs and HTMs, including all support spaces
• Integrated systems: Collaboration with SEL ICB’s Infection Control and IT teams
• Complete refurbishment: Strip-out of partitions, finishes, and services
• Regulatory compliance: Change of use and Building Regulations permissions secured
