Low West Thrickley Farm is Grade 2 listed. HL were approached for advice on how to deal with a collapsing building.

The conservation team at HL were approached for advice on how to deal with a collapsing Grade 2 listed  building. The building was assessed and recorded with a historical building analytical survey.  The building was approved for demolition with the Local Authority and Historic England.  The building is currently going through the process of being de-listed.
