Conversion of an existing Grade II Listed Windmill and former golf club in the University area of Newcastle Upon Tyne.

The Ground Floor was transformed into a private and exclusive dental facility with a bespoke entrance and contemporary interior scheme to compliment both newly refurbished dental surgeries.
