Locomotion Museum repair and prevention project.

Howarth Litchfield has been working with the Locomotion Museum to repair and prevent further decay to a series of historic listed railway buildings.  The buildings range from houses, sheds and bothies each with a story to tell of its lifetime at the railway museum.

The essential repairs to stone, slate and fabric will help to maintain these buildings. Research into the history of the buildings has allowed us to select the appropriate heritage paint colours which will help to take these buildings back to their original style.
