The new Learning Disabilities Centre for Tees, Esk and Wear Valleys NHS Trust occupies the site of the former administration building on the site and provides en-suite bedroom accommodation for up to 18 patients.

Situated off Flatts Lane in Normanby, the development is based on the hub-and-spoke principle.
