We are delighted to see further progress being made on the site of a new Holiday resort that we are working on in Filey, North Yorkshire, with our client Eco Custom Homes and other members of the design team, BGP and Sweco. Lodges are manufactured off-site in strict factory controlled environments and are dropped into place, with services infrastructure, roads, footpaths and landscape works already in place when they land.
The new development sits alongside the existing established resort, with the contrast that the new lodges sit within an existing ecological setting which includes a fishing lake and wildlife meadow. This will ensure that the existing habitats are maintained and enhanced.
