We are delighted to see the progress being made on site of a new Holiday resort that we are working on in Cornwall. Our involvement has been to take on board an initial concept masterplan and develop it into a workable solution on site for the client Aria Estates.
The development extends the current resort with a mix of single and two storey lodges types. Volumetric construction is being utilised for the new single storey lodges, whilst timber frame wall panels and floor cassettes are being used to construct the larger two storey lodges.
The lodges will be set within a unique undulating landscaped setting interlinked with pedestrianised access ways.
