The conversion, extension and restoration of the Grade II Listed building and return it to its former Georgian splender.

The Coach House 62-70 The Drive, Gosforth has its origins as part of the Coxlodge Hall Estate. The site is within the South Gosforth Conservation Area and within an area of established housing and mature landscape with protected trees.
The project brief was to refurbish and reinvigorate the historic fabric, transforming the interior to house 10no. apartments. The building required a viable and sustainable use to safeguard its future and the remaining historic fabric, by allowing appropriate interventions which preserve and enhance worthy features and their significance to the story of the listed asset.
