Following the merger of two of the country’s oldest schools, Durham School and The Choristers School, HL were appointed to oversee the renovation and redevelopment of the Choristers site in time for the new school year (2021).

Works included the completion of building surveys on the Grade I , II* and II buildings, along with listed approvals and technical packages.
