Howarth Litchfield is pleased to announce that two of our projects have been shortlisted for the 2026 RICS Awards in the Heritage category.

For the North East region, our project is the conservation of Cosin’s Almshouses and Pemberton Buildings. Congratulations to client Durham University and project team Vest Construction, Classic Masonry, and Gardiner & Theobald.

In the Yorkshire and Humber region, our project is the restoration and renovation of Redcar Central Station. Congratulations also go to client, Redcar & Cleveland Borough Council, along with the project team Robertson, Identity Consult, SINE, Vextrix, and BGP.

We are proud to be recognised for both projects.

Overall winners for each region will be announced shortly at their respective awards ceremonies.

Fingers crossed, everyone, and good luck to all entries.
