HL were appointed to refurbish the third and seventh floor areas of an existing office block at No 2 St James’ Gate in Newcastle together with providing Executive Architect services for the refurbishment of the ground floor entrance hall. The areas had become dated and in need of a refresh.

The proposed scheme incorporates the use of modern surfaces, hot rolled patinated steel, brass, bronze and ceramic, to provide the scheme with a clean, crisp and modern feel.

The refurbishment scheme is being carried out for Brims (Main Contractor), Workman (Project Managers), Palace Capital (Ultimate Client) and FLINT (Interior Designer).
