This redevelopment project with clients Alumno Developments will create both student accommodation and art studios on the former disused site in Leeds.

The new building, with a gross internal area of 11,840sqm, will provide 411 student beds through a mixture of 4-8 bed cluster flats and studios including accessible accommodation. The occupants will also have access to laundry, gym and communal spaces.

Alumno are also working in collaboration with East St. Arts who will provide gallery spaces for graduates, local start-ups and public art, as well as provide offices and meetings rooms.
