Walthamstow Academy is a new build project for 1150 students replacing the existing McEntee School on the same site without an effect on the existing curriculum.

The main concept of the building form is the central “Agora” forming the heart of the school as an interactive space linking the ground floor support and facility access and acts as the focus for the upper floors.

The new academy specialises in Maths and Science alongside Business and Enterprise permeating the work across the whole curriculum as well as significantly impacting on extra curricular opportunities.
