HL is currently working with Teesside University to refurbish the former Buttery building into a Postgraduate Student Hub, which will create a multi-functional dedicated space for Postgraduate students.

Due to the age and unique features of the building the project will sympathetically restore the Buttery to its former glory whilst emphasising its period charm with minimal interventions at the same time updating it to modern standards.
The Postgraduate Student Hub will be a key element of the Teesside University campus and will provide Postgraduate students and researchers with a modern and inspiring area to study, collaborate and socialise.
