This project provides Greencroft Bottling with a 23,600m2 warehouse space with the flexibility to become a production facility within the next 5 years to meet market demands.

The building incorporates 3,000m2 of divisible office space over 3 floors. Greencroft Bottling Ltd’s sustainability philosophy, informed the incorporation of 17,500m2 of PV panels to the main roof.
