A unique Private house in Northumberland . The new build is currently in construction after gaining planning permission. The design replicates a traditional farm stead with the main house, barn and Gin – Gan , and interrupted in a modern form .
The house will benefit from GSHP and SIPP construction techniques to create a super low energy building for the clients.
