We are delighted to be appointed by Durham County Cricket Club for their stadium hotel project.
The hotel will provide 150 bedrooms, many with panoramic views of the pitch, lounge bar and restaurant leading out to the match terrace and seating.
Working alongside Haptica Strategy Project Management and Hydrock, public consultation is well underway, and the proposal has been well received.
Regular engagement with all key stakeholders is informing the design as we move through pre-application engagement.
