Private residential scheme in Eccles, Manchester constructing a new 12 apartment, 3 storey residential block using modern methods of construction.
The building has been designed to meet the new Part L regulations incorporating air source heat pumps and photovoltaic panels to generate a supply for each apartments heating supply. HVAC systems will also be installed into each apartment to incorporate the new requirements for overheating in accordance with Part O of the Building Regulations.
