Royal Grammar School Pool Demolition

The swimming pool in the conservation area of Jesmond, Newcastle was built in the 1920s and is now ready for demolition. HL undertook a historic assessment to demonstrate that the building was not of significant merit to warranty retention.  A building analytical survey to record the pool prior to the demolition was undertaken and approved by the Local Authority .
