Building Surveyor
Lewis is a qualified Building Surveyor with additional qualifications as a PAS2035 Retrofit Coordinator and expertise in retrofitting traditional and listed buildings. He specialises in the repair and net-zero refurbishment of existing and historic structures for a diverse range of clients across the construction industry, having successfully completed several heritage decarbonisation projects. As part of his role, he conducts Full Building Condition Surveys, Quinquennial Surveys, Schedules of Repair Inspections, Specific Defect Inspections, Terminal Schedules of Reinstatement, Dilapidation Inspections, and Wants of Repair Inspections.
In his spare time, Lewis enjoys spending time with his wife and two cats, and he is an enthusiastic architectural photographer.
