Howarth Litchfield received a worthy mention for their Treetops project in Northumberland by Charlie Luxton on Chanel 4’s Building the Dream as an exemplar project. The episode in question featured a couple building a modern 3 storey stone family home on a tricky sloping site in Dewsbury, West Yorkshire.
Treetops, which is also built on an elevated plot, was used to provide inspiration to the couple on internal style and design choices as well as highlighting the importance of making design decisions early on in any self-build project.
