The new Parsons Depot for Sunderland City Council is starting to take shape with the steel frame almost complete and awaiting its cladding. The building and its intended use are now even more valid given the ongoing debate at COP26, UN Climate Change Conference. The building and sites are intended to be used for the new EV Fleet storage and maintenance hub for Sunderland City Council and have been designed to incorporate a fabric first approach. The Extensive PV array and Battery Storage facility will charge both the authorities current, and new emerging electrical vehicle fleet.
