With many PCNs, practices and properties, the team carefully programmed activities to structure the works as efficiently as possible over the time period.

HL reviewed and carried out condition surveys at each of the 76 properties to prepare a comprehensive review of the estate – in terms of capacity and longevity of properties.

We worked with each of the CDs to understand the relationships within the PCNs and the individual aspirations and how the PCN estate could be utilised to support this.

As an Architectural Team, we were well placed to prepare a series of sketched options to illustrate how the capacity could be increased.

We undertook feedback sessions with the CDs to make sure the recommendations / suggestions within the reports were compatible with their usage and aspirations.
