Following a positive pre-application process a full planning approval has been secured, which removes various outbuildings to allow for a contemporary orangery building to be discretely placed within the walled garden which links onto a private garden terrace to fulfil the leisure lifestyle of the family.
The successful design required a sensitive and proportionate response to ensure that the nature and character of the remaining buildings and open spaces were enhanced.
