A competition entry for South Tyneside Council. The building was to create a base for start-up units and new Business ideas.

The building aimed to offer the flexibility of spaces and shared conference facilities with an impressive entrance feature . The building design was inspired by the metal containers at the docks with contrasting metal and Glass panels.
