Associate – Interior Designer
Alistair trained in Interiors and has worked designing across architecture sectors, including projects outside the UK. With project experience from retail design to visualising master planning, public leisure, interiors to architectural residential design, he is happiest understanding design opportunities from the clients view, and helping them spot design opportunities sometimes missed: Better to have an idea, and not need it; than need an idea, and not have it. Award winning designs with Alistair’s involvement, include libraries, higher education, and public leisure.
Putting the users of modern buildings first, Alistair has a passion for better spaces.
Outside of work, a mountain biker and modelmaker of a chunk of the West coast of Scotland; family and attending their live band events, or volunteering in a rural community, keep him occupied.
He is fluent in Italian from design work in Italy, still learning Swedish!
