We were delighted for the student accommodation project in Durham to achieve Planning permission. A great deal of work was undertaken by the client team, designers and the planners to create a high quality scheme.
The project will bring back to life the building and create a new building in a superb park setting.
This project is a definite award winning project for its urban and landscape objectives by creating a park in the centre of the residential area.
