Chartered Building Surveyor
Nigel joined the practice as a Chartered Building Surveyor with 10 years’ experience spread across surveying and delivering projects from inception to completion. Nigel has been fortunate to have worked with a number of Listed Buildings and has a keen interest for their preservation and how they can be considerately refurbished to meet the demands of modern-day living. His skill set includes undertaking Building Condition surveys, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Specific Defect Inspections, RICS Home Surveys, writing Schedules of Works and preparing tender documents. He has also acted as Contract Administrator and as Principal Designer under the CDM 2015 Regulations on a range of projects.
Outside of the office, Nigel has an interest in rugby union and likes to make sporadic visits to the gym. He enjoys cooking, spending time with friends and family and the occasional DIY project around the house.
