Another successful planning application for a new one off house in North Yorkshire. The design brief was for a modern energy efficient home for a family of horse lovers. The design reflects the designs of local farms and barns interrupted into a modern statement using local materials.
The house will have stables and ménage across the estate.
Energy efficiency has been designed in from the outset with GSHP system powered by PV panels, highly insulated with a SIPS construction system.
