Continuing our relationship with IHG and Holiday Inn Hotels we are currently developing refurbishment schemes in 7 sites across the UK, with a programme to start November 2017.
The project includes design for Hotel Reception & Open Lobby areas, Dining, Conference facilities, Spa facilities, Kitchen areas, Guest Bedrooms, bathrooms and corridors. Working with IHG the base design concept has been adapted to suit project costs for the client which we have developed with project managers WTP.
Bespoke case goods for bedrooms have been designed as modular systems and products to rollout into the hotels to assist with budgets, programme and installation for the contractor.
