Howarth Litchfield have been appointed to the Pagabo National Framework Agreement for Professional Services in Construction and Premises, providing Architectural and Building Surveying services to all regions in the UK.
Pagabos aim is to help Public Sector Bodies, Academies, Trusts and Universities to access a number of Small to Medium Enterprise (SME) friendly European compliant framework agreements and to provide simple, electronic, efficient access to information, materials, helpful guides, hints & tips, strategies, current advice and trends. They solve the “procurement headaches” for the Public Sector.
The launch of the National Framework Agreement for Professional Services in Construction and Premises marks is Pagabos third construction related framework agreement, having already let the Small to Medium framework agreement in summer 2015 and the Major works framework having recently been awarded, providing a suite of construction related framework agreements covering all aspects of the procurement, design and construction phases of a project.

The framework commenced on 12th April 2016 and will run for three years with an option for a further one and Howarth Litchfield are delighted to have been selected nationally to provide Architectural and Building Surveying services and are excited to build on their recent success in the Public Sector.
