Following the repair and restoration in 2021 of Soho House and Cottages at Locomotion in Shildon, HL recently returned to the site to fit out the former home of Timothy Hackworth, Locomotive pioneer and engineer to the Stockton and Darlington Railway, the first public steam railway. Working with VEST Construction, four kitchens and six bathrooms were fitted out across the four Grade II Listed buildings ready for future use by the Science Museum Group.
