We are delighted to report that we have successful secured a further planning permission for Cleveland College of Art and Design as we move forward with the redevelopment of their campus in Hartlepool.
We have a very positive relationship with the planning department within Hartlepool Borough Council and have worked together to secure a planning permission that works well for the project delivery as well as being the first step in the realisation of HBC’s ‘2020 Vision’ and the regeneration of the area.
We are now able to take this phase of the project forward, working with the Contractor and project team towards a completion of this first phase in early 2017.
