Levick House Development is an exciting multi function purpose built 2 Storey facility which will house 16 No Respite Care en-suite bedrooms, grouped into 4 suites of 4 rooms with each suite having its own Kitchen and Lounge. Alongside the respite care are 20 No. 2 bedroomed apartments for the Elderly which is located adjacent to an internal glazed street.
The centre will house shared catering, lounge / dining and staff facilities, Activity Rooms, Therapy/Treatment Rooms and provide secure outdoor relaxation spaces for patients and residents.
The development is due to start on site in February 2011, with completion planned for early 2012.
