Howarth Litchfield was appointed by South Tyneside Council to design the internal finishes and ground floor layout for ‘The Quadrus Centre’ in Boldon.
The original building was designed by Ryders HKS with construction detail developed by Parr Architects. The Quadrus Centre is a building which houses rentable office space, conference suites and meeting rooms which support local businesses.
The concept was to use vibrant colours derived from their logo running through the 5 floors of the building from purple to yellow. We integrated an energetic orange to blend with the proposed ’ZEST’ café on the ground floor.
