HL designed the initial Hotel proposals within the grounds of the prestigious Majestic Hotel in Harrogate.

With tight site restrictions and planning/ conservation constraints the final design was an effective solution to provide Harrogate with a new 107 bedroom Hotel.

With planning consent , HL then worked closely with The Premier Inn design team to implement their spatial and aesthetic brand standards effectively and the Hotel was completed early 2015.
