Business Manager

Recently joining HL as Business Manager, Nicola brings with her 26 years experience in the construction sector, including 11 years in office management and 5 years in bid co-ordination.

Nicola’s primary role is to co-ordinate the bid process from receipt through to submission, which involves working alongside the Directors, in order to design and produce comprehensive quality submissions.  Nicola is also responsible for the general management of the office.

Nicola’s interests include spinning and the gym, travelling and spending time with her young family.
